揭牌开市！为啥有了上交所、深交所，还要再建一个北交所？

11月15日上午，北京证券交易所揭牌暨开市仪式举行。北交所揭牌开市，是我国资本市场改革发展的又一重要标志性事件，也是新三板市场运营八年多来积极探索具有中国特色资本市场普惠金融之路的新起点。

The newly-established Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE) started trading on Monday morning, with the first batch of 81 companies debuting on the bourse.

The companies listed include 10 that were newly approved and 71 that were transferred from the selected tier of China's National Equities Exchange and Quotations, also known as the "new third board."
